VPP Needs Realtors for Our Local Teams!
In every market we do business, VPP looks to develop a "Power Team" to work
with including a Realtor, mortgage broker, escrow agent, property inspector and, often, local services for house rehabilitation. To our Realtor team members, VPP offers the opportunity for multiple transactions (and commissions!), promotion
of team members to VPP clients (personally and through the award-winning VPP website), and a satisfying professional relationship. VPP also offers finders fees for properties acquired privately.
From our Realtor Team members we look for the following:
- A pleasant working demeanor which creates a mutually supportive relationship. In simpler terms, we work with people we like!
- Willingness to write creative offers on selected properties. While most properties we will pursue will be non-listed and acquired privately, occasionally listed properties will be pursued.
- Advice on local development and other issues affecting local housing prices, both in the short and long term.
- Ability to quickly analyze purchase opportunities presented to VPP by identifying fair market value, suggested listing price and a likely sales price to move the property in 90 days or less. This analysis needs to include
presentation of objective data and analysis based on closed transactions and current market listings.
- Representation as a sales agent for properties we acquire privately. We look for agents who have a demonstrated ability to market properties to their clients, thereby reducing the commission paid on these properties.
